Dedicated and compassionate yoga teacher with a focus on creating calming, inclusive spaces to reconnect with their bodies and minds. Specializing in yin, Viniyoga restorative, hatha,chair yoga and wind-down practices, with an emphasis on healing through breath, movement, and sound.
